Your GDPR Rights

Access: a copy of the data held about you. Rectification: correct inaccurate data. Erasure: have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten"). Restriction and objection: limit or object to processing. Portability: receive your data in a portable form. Withdraw consent: for the call recording, at any time.

In Germany and the EU a call may only be recorded with your consent. At the start of every call the AI host tells you the call may be recorded and that you can decline. If you decline, we continue without recording and still take your booking or order.

Ask the restaurant directly, or email hello@tavolo.io and we will route your request to the right restaurant (the controller) and assist it in responding. We aim to respond within one month.

Data is kept for no longer than the restaurant's retention window. A deletion request removes your data before that window ends.

You can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In Germany that is your state (Land) Data Protection Commissioner.
